Greek Yogurt Chicken

  • 4 Thawed Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 T. Italian Bread Crumbs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl mix yogurt and cheese until smooth.  Place chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.  Spread cheese mixture on top of chicken.  Next, evenly sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly and juices run clear.

{This recipe is SO yummy, SO easy, and not too bad for you either. Give it a try! I bet you'll like it!}

Yummmo, tried it and love it. Next time I might add a few of my own spices to give it a bit more flavor. But the chicken was moist and the kiddos ate it all gone and asked for more. "Two thumbs way up!" say my girls.

As a second thought maybe I should try better italian crumbs instead of the cheapo's to give it more flavor too! I like the greek yogurt!
